I'm the author of Antipodes and Life Before, but writing books for children and teens is my side hustle. My real work is here, with you. For years, I've been helping people find their voices and tell their stories.
What began as a small project helping writer friends hone their craft has grown into my life's work. I now help teens present their genuine selves to college admission boards, help authors polish their manuscripts, and help other writers cultivate their best possible work.
Outside of words, I'm an avid tabletop gamer, passionate skier, and insatiable traveller. I've visited all 50 states and dozens of countries. No matter where I roam, I'm always delighted to return to Seattle, where I live with my partner and three young children.
